OPSS is honoured to be twinning with Rwanda for the coming Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in 2010. We had our first visitor, Ms Mukamabano Gloriose from Rwanda on 6 th August 2009. She attended the Young Reporters Training Camp 2009 organised by Singapore’s Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. Her visit provided diverse opportunities for our students to better understand our Rwandan counterparts and their culture.
